This data privacy policy (“Data Privacy Policy”) describes how Agadpay and its representatives and/or agents (collectively referred to herein as “Agadpay”, “us”,“we” or “our”)will manage Personal Data (as defined below) in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and its regulation(s) (“the Act”or “PDPA”).
By interacting with us and submitting information to us (“Services”), you agree and consent to Agadpay collecting, using, disclosing and sharing among themselves your Personal Data, and disclosing such Personal Data to their authorized service providers and relevant third parties in the manner set forth in this Data Privacy Policy.
